Some people make ridiculous claims for these things, but it's not regrowing your raggedy discs or any such nonsense. However the heat, vibration, and stretching have given me significantly more range of motion in my neck.

    "We bought this for neck tension relief. It works well. Very firm. Good massage rollers and mild heat. Easy to use and good size. It’s firm. Too firm for for me to lay flat with it under my neck (starts to hurt rather than relieve). So I find it’s best used for neck and shoulders while sitting up. Good to use at any angle for mid back. Good value for the money, it is a good purchase. We ended up buying two more with one being for a relative. So I like it and recommend."
